Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

Plunge Right delivers to approved service regions within New South Wales. Availability may vary by date, location, and access conditions.

2. Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery occurs on the date and time window agreed at booking.

  • You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted.

  • Severe weather, unsafe conditions, or force majeure events may require rescheduling without liability.

3. Delivery & Setup Fees

Delivery and setup fees depend on:

  • Location

  • Access conditions

  • Stairs or narrow pathways

  • Lifts or long carry distances

  • Add‑ons or special requirements

Fees are displayed at checkout.

4. Access Requirements

You must ensure:

  • Clear, safe access for delivery and pickup

  • Adequate width/height clearance

  • Level, stable ground

  • Suitable load‑bearing capacity

  • Safe electrical access (RCD/GFCI‑protected outlets)

If access is obstructed or unsafe:

  • Delivery may be delayed or refused

  • A failed‑delivery fee of $89 may apply

  • The Hire Period may begin even if setup cannot be completed

5. Identity Verification

Before delivery, you must provide:

  • A valid government photo ID

  • A matching selfie if requested

  • Proof of address if required

Plunge Right may cancel delivery if verification fails or fraud risk is identified.

6. Pickup & End of Hire

At the end of the hire:

  • Equipment must be accessible at the agreed pickup time.

  • Failure to provide access may result in additional hire charges or rescheduling fees.

  • If you choose to return the equipment yourself, it must be returned within 5 business days of notifying Plunge Right.

  • If Plunge Right arranges pickup, a courier fee equal to the delivery fee applies.

Auto‑Extension

If pickup cannot occur due to your act or omission, the hire auto‑extends day‑to‑day (or weekly) at the prevailing rate.

7. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery and remains until pickup or return.

  • You must safeguard the equipment from theft, weather, misuse, and damage.

  • Some units may include anti‑theft tracking devices for asset protection (not personal tracking).

8. Failed Delivery or No‑Show

A failed delivery occurs when:

  • No adult is present

  • Access is unsafe or blocked

  • The site is unsuitable

  • Required access information was not disclosed

In these cases:

  • A failed‑delivery fee may apply

  • Hire fees may commence as scheduled

9. Force Majeure

Plunge Right is not liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, strikes, epidemics, or government action.
