Common Questions
What does the $100 deposit cover?
The deposit is fully refundable and simply secures your booking. It's returned when you either buy the unit out or we collect the equipment at the end of your hire. It covers us in the unlikely event of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
How does the 90% hire-to-buy credit work exactly?
Every week you pay hire fees, 90% of that payment accumulates as credit toward the purchase price of your unit. At any point you can choose to buy out — you'll only pay the remaining balance after your credit is applied. For example, after 3 months on a 0.3HP, you'd have $774 in credit and a buyout price of just $1,216.
What happens at 6 months?
At the 6-month mark we'll contact you with two options: buy out the unit at the remaining balance (which is a fraction of the original price), or return the equipment with your deposit refunded in full. There's no pressure either way — it's your call.
Can I buy out earlier than 6 months?
Absolutely — you can buy out at any point during your hire. Just contact us, we'll calculate your credit balance and remaining buyout price, and arrange payment and transfer of ownership. Many customers buy out within the first 2–3 months once they're hooked.
Which tub should I choose — round or oval?
The round tub suits most people and has a smaller footprint, making it easier to fit on a balcony, in a bathroom, or in a smaller outdoor space. The oval tub is better for taller users (6ft+) who want more room to stretch out during their plunge. If you're unsure, contact us with your space dimensions and height and we'll recommend the right fit.
Do I need plumbing or special electrical connections?
No plumbing required. The unit connects to a standard household power outlet. You fill the tub with a hose — we show you exactly how during setup. The chiller circulates and filters the water automatically from there.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across Greater Sydney, Wollongong, the Illawarra, and Newcastle. Travel fees may apply for outer regions or the Blue Mountains. Contact us if you're unsure whether your area is covered.
What if something goes wrong with the equipment during my hire?
Our tech team is on call throughout your hire period. If there's any issue with the chiller or tub, contact us and we'll arrange a service visit or swap. You won't be left with a broken unit and no support.
