Common Questions

We service all major ice bath chiller brands used in residential and commercial cold plunge setups. If you're unsure whether we service your brand, contact us and we'll confirm.

We currently service and repair chillers only — not tubs. Tub inspection is included in some of our maintenance plans as a visual check, but tub repair or replacement is not something we currently offer as a standalone service.

For regular home use, we recommend a service every 6 months minimum. For heavy use or commercial/gym environments, every 3 months is ideal. Our maintenance plans are designed around these intervals and work out significantly cheaper than booking individual services.

Our standard service covers condenser coil cleaning, filter replacement, water strainer clean, electrical safety check, temperature calibration and function test, and a written condition report. The whole service takes approximately 45–60 minutes on-site.

Over time, mineral deposits and biofilm can build up inside your chiller and hoses — reducing efficiency and potentially damaging components. A deep flush and de-scale removes this build-up using a safe descaling treatment, then refills and tests the system. It's recommended every 6–12 months depending on your water quality and usage.

A diagnosis visit typically takes 30–60 minutes. We'll identify the fault, provide a written report, and quote for repair before any work begins. If the repair can be completed on the same visit we'll let you know upfront.

Yes — we regularly service clients across Wollongong, the Illawarra, and Newcastle. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Greater Sydney. Contact us for a quote if you're outside these areas.
