How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend events. For large or multi-unit bookings, 4+ weeks is ideal. Last-minute enquiries are still welcome — contact us and we'll do our best.
What venues and spaces can you set up in?
Almost anywhere with vehicle access for our van and a power outlet nearby. We've set up in rooftops, warehouses, courtyards, gyms, parks, and hotel function rooms across Sydney, Wollongong, and Newcastle. Send us your venue details and we'll confirm suitability.
How cold does the water get?
Our chiller systems cool the water down to as low as 3–4°C depending on conditions and ambient temperature. We typically recommend 8–12°C for event settings to balance safety and impact across a range of participants.
Do you provide a facilitator or staff member on the day?
Yes — all event hires include at least one Plunge Right team member on-site for the full duration. They manage participant safety, temperature control, rotations, and the overall experience so you don't have to think about it.
How many guests can use the plunge during a full-day event?
With a standard 3-minute rotation, a single unit can accommodate approximately 60–80 participants over a full day. Multiple units are available for larger events. Tell us your expected headcount when enquiring and we'll recommend the right setup.
Do you service the Newcastle and Wollongong area?
Yes — we regularly service corporate and events clients across Greater Sydney, Wollongong, the Illawarra, and Newcastle. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Greater Sydney. Contact us for a regional quote.
Is there a minimum booking duration?
Our minimum event hire is a half-day (4 hours). This covers setup and pack-down time. Full-day and multi-day bookings are available and represent the best value for larger events.
