What does a chiller service consist of?
- Supply and replace main filters, generally 10-20 micron.
- An additional filter is supplied for the interim between services.
- Remove strainer and clear foreign hair, cotton and other materials. This is critical for water pump health.
- Remove cover from chiller and clear built up dust around condensor coil. This ensures appropriate air flow and to avoid compressor burn out.
- inspect for leaks and loose wiring.
- Inspect chiller hose threads .
What does a tub inspection consist of?
- We inspect all types of tubs. PVC, stainless, Acryllic etc.
- Inspect any silicon gaps and glue integrity.
- Provide and fit patch kits if needed (PVC).
- Search for air leak on PVC tubs if reported.
- Inspect tub hose threads.
- Inspect any material defects or damage.
How are hoses and tubs cleaned?
- Drain tub & disconnect from chiller
- Hoses are internally scrubbed with hose cleaner attachments to scrape out build up. Hoses are then treated and rinsed.
- Tub is rinsed, treated, rinsed again, manually dried then re-filled.
What areas are included in the pricing?
- Any location within 50km of Penrith is included in the standard pricing. For every 25km beyond, $50 will be applicable to the the monthly rate.
